Late returns and trip extensions
How to handle a guest who asks for more time, or who is simply late.

A guest asks for more time
Check your calendar first. If you agree, make sure the change is approved properly through Seifly so it is recorded. A guest may not keep the car past the end of the reservation without an approved extension.
A guest is late
- Message them and try to call.
- If you do not hear back, tell Seifly through Trip support.
- After the trip, a late return charge can be filed with evidence. See Charging guests after a trip.
A car that does not come back
If a guest does not return the car and stops communicating, contact Seifly immediately. See If your vehicle goes missing.
