How payouts work

When you are paid, how fees are calculated, and what can be deducted.

Updated October 10, 2026

What you are paid

Seifly pays you the amount collected from guests for your car, less the fees you owe under your earnings plan. Your plan decides your share: from 60% to 90% of the trip price. The delivery fee, if any, goes to you in full. See Choosing an earnings plan.

When you are paid

Payouts are processed after a trip is completed and there are no open disputes. If a guest or Seifly has opened a dispute or a claim about the trip, the payout can wait until it is resolved.

How it reaches you

Payouts are sent through Stripe Connect to the account you set up. How soon the money shows in your bank depends on Stripe and your bank. Seifly is not responsible if Stripe processes or holds a payment late.

Possible deductions

  • Amounts you owe Seifly or a third party, such as a cancellation or no-show fee. We can deduct these from a payout, charge a payment method on file, or send an invoice.
  • Fees under your earnings plan.
