If you do not show up
When a trip counts as a no-show and what you receive back.

When it is a no-show
A trip is a no-show if you do not cancel and do not arrive within 120 minutes of the start time. It is also treated as a no-show if:
- You cannot complete identity or driver’s license verification at pickup.
- You do not have a valid license.
- Someone else, including a driver who was not added to the trip, shows up in your place.
What you receive
- Trips longer than 2 days: the trip price and service fee minus the average daily price for two days.
- Trips of 2 days or fewer: the trip price and service fee minus 75% of one day’s average price.
- Your protection plan, extras, security deposit, any young-driver fee, and half of the delivery fee are returned.
If you are running late
Message your host as soon as you know. If you are only a little late, many hosts will wait. If you will miss the window, cancel from your trip page, since canceling earlier usually returns more than a no-show.
