Non-refundable trips
What it means when a trip is booked as non-refundable.
Updated October 10, 2026
If a trip is booked as non-refundable, you have a 24-hour grace period right after booking during which you can cancel for a full refund. After the grace period ends, canceling does not return the trip price.
What is still refunded
Even on a non-refundable trip, the host cancelling, a host no-show, or Seifly cancelling the trip results in a full refund.
Changing your mind
Asking the host to change your dates does not restart the grace period. The deadline stays tied to your original booking and the original start time.
