Refunds and travel credit

Refunds go back to where they came from

A refund is returned to the payment method used for the booking. Banks process refunds on their own schedule, so allow several business days before it appears.

If your original card is no longer usable

If a refund cannot go back to the original payment method because it was closed or replaced, Seifly may issue travel credit instead.

Credit after a host cancels

When your host cancels or does not show up, the refunded amount stays available as credit for 24 hours so you can book another car straight away. Anything you do not use returns to your original payment method automatically.

Promotional and referral credit

Promotional credits, referral credits, and vouchers follow their own terms and have no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise.
