Pickup, delivery, and airport handoffs
Choose where you meet your host and what delivery costs.

Pick up at the host’s location
Every listing has a pickup location. For most cars it’s a street address, parking spot, or garage chosen by the host. Your host will confirm the exact handoff details with you in the trip messages.
Have the car delivered
Some hosts deliver, including to airports and hotels. If a host offers delivery, you can enter your address at checkout, and the delivery fee is added to the total. The fee depends on the distance and the host’s settings, and is shown before you send your request.
Delivered trips return the same way: confirm with your host where and when to hand the car back. Half of any delivery fee is refunded if a trip is cancelled after the free-cancellation period. See Cancellation refund amounts.
Pickup and return hours
Hosts set the hours they are available for handoffs. Pick times that fall within those hours when you can. If you need a handoff outside them, ask the host in a message first.
Airport rules
Some airports require permits or have special rules for car sharing. Hosts are responsible for knowing the rules where they offer delivery. If an airport meeting point changes, your host will tell you in the trip messages.
