Creating your Seifly account

Sign up

1. Select Sign in at the top of any page, then choose to create an account.
2. Enter your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
3. We send a one-time code by text message to the number you entered. Type it in to confirm the number is yours.
4. Complete your profile when prompted. You can add a profile photo and set your preferred language.

Why we ask for a mobile number

Your mobile number is used to confirm it is really you signing in, to send trip reminders and safety alerts, and to let your host and Seifly reach you during a trip. We only send text messages for account and trip purposes. We do not send marketing texts. You can read the text message terms for opt-out details.

Before your first booking

Creating an account is quick, but a booking needs more: identity verification and a driver’s license check. See Verifying your ID and driver’s license.
