Reporting a guest no-show
When a guest does not arrive, report it within 72 hours to be paid.
Updated October 10, 2026
A guest is a no-show if they do not cancel and do not arrive within 2 hours of the trip start, if they cannot complete identity or license verification at pickup, if they do not have a valid license, or if someone else (including a driver not added to the trip) arrives instead.
What to do
- Wait at the agreed place for the full 2 hours and message the guest.
- Take a photo or screenshot as proof that you were there.
- Report the no-show through Trip support within 72 hours.
What you earn
- Trips longer than 2 days: two days of average earnings.
- Trips of 2 days or fewer: 75% of one day.
- Extras and half of the delivery fee go back to the guest.
