What you earn when a guest cancels
Earnings for late cancellations, non-refundable trips, and cancellations by Seifly.

- Guest cancels after the free period. On trips longer than 2 days you earn about one day of average earnings; on trips of 2 days or fewer, about half a day, plus half of the delivery fee.
- Non-refundable trip cancelled after the grace period. You receive the trip earnings minus Seifly’s fees.
- Guest cancels within the free period. You are not paid, and the guest is refunded in full.
- Seifly cancels a trip. You earn one day of average earnings on trips longer than 2 days, or half a day on shorter trips. Nothing is paid if the cancellation is very soon after booking or very far ahead of the trip start.
