Behavior that is not allowed on Seifly
The rules for everyone using the platform.

Seifly can limit or remove accounts that break the rules. The main categories in the Terms of Service are:
- Breaking the law, including using a car in a crime.
- Giving false or misleading information, including fake IDs, licenses, or listings.
- Failing to honor your commitments, such as not paying or cancelling to get a higher price.
- Harming or threatening other users, including harassment and discrimination.
- Using the platform for unrelated purposes.
- Interfering with the platform, such as scraping, hacking, or avoiding fees by taking bookings off Seifly.
If you see something wrong, report it with Trip support, or email support@seifly.app.
