Inspection reports and PDF downloads
Find every check-in and check-out report, even after the trip has ended.

Every check-in and check-out report is saved to the trip and stays there after the trip is finished.
Where to find them
Open the trip from My trips. Near the top is a row of Inspection reports. It lists each saved report with its type, who recorded it, and when. Examples are “Check-in · Host” and “Check-out · Guest”. Each has a Download PDF button, and you can also see whether a report has been approved.
Why keep them
- They are your proof of the car’s condition at each end of the trip if there is ever a claim or disagreement.
- You can download the PDF and save it with your own records.
- They are used by the Seifly team when a claim is reviewed.
