Documents you need to host
Title, registration, insurance, and the extra documents some cars need.

Required for every listing
- A valid title or registration for the car.
- Proof of your auto insurance.
- The accurate license plate number and VIN.
Sometimes required
- A vehicle history report, where we ask for it.
- An inspection or tracker proof, for higher-value cars.
- A business license, for business hosts.
Keeping them current
Documents expire. Upload new ones before the old ones run out so your listing stays active. You can manage them from the listing’s Documents page.
Keep your registration and proof of insurance in the car at all times.
