Charging a guest for a toll
Upload the toll bill and we will bill the guest.

If a guest drove through a toll during the trip, you can charge them for it from the trip page with Charge guest for a toll.
- Open the trip and find the toll charge section.
- Attach a photo or scan of the toll bill. The guest needs to see the date, time, location, and plate or transponder number.
- Enter the amount and submit.
- The guest is notified and sees the bill you uploaded.
- Only charge what the toll actually cost.
- File promptly, while the guest still remembers the trip.
