Airport pickup and return
How to plan an airport handoff with your host.

Many hosts offer delivery to the airport. Because every airport has its own rules for where cars can stop, your host will tell you the exact meeting point in the trip messages.
Before you fly
- Choose airport delivery at checkout if the host offers it. The delivery fee is shown in the price.
- Share your flight number and arrival time with your host so they can follow delays.
- Keep your phone charged and your driver’s license in your carry-on, not your checked bag.
When you land
- Message your host that you have landed and ask where to meet.
- Walk the car around with the host or, if it is a keyless handoff, take your check-in photos before you drive away.
- Do the check-in even if you are tired or in a hurry. It protects you.
Returning the car
Agree the return point and time in advance. Fill the tank or charge the battery as agreed, and do the check-out photos before you leave the car. Airport rules may mean the host meets you at a different spot than where you picked it up.
