Policy violations and account restrictions
What can lead to a warning, a restriction, or removal.
Updated October 10, 2026
Seifly may limit, suspend, or end an account that breaks the Terms of Service or puts people at risk.
What can lead to action
- Breaking the law with a vehicle, or using it for something that is not permitted.
- Giving false information, or using a false identity, license, or listing.
- Not honoring commitments, such as not returning a car or not paying.
- Harming or threatening other users, including harassment.
- Chargebacks or unpaid balances.
- Interfering with the platform.
What we may do
Depending on the seriousness, we may warn you, limit features, cancel trips, deduct amounts you owe, or remove your account. We may also share information with others, such as law enforcement, where the law requires or allows it.
If you think a decision is wrong
Email support@seifly.app from the address on your account, explain what happened, and include anything that supports you.
