Renewing or updating your driver’s license
What to do when your license expires, is replaced, or you move.

Your license has to be valid and unexpired for the whole trip. When you renew or replace it, tell Seifly so your account is up to date.
- Seifly may ask you to verify again from time to time. That is normal when a license expires or a new one is issued.
- Repeat the scan and selfie check with the new license.
- If your name changes, update your license first, then contact support.
If you book a trip and your license will expire before it ends, renew first. An expired license at pickup can lead to a no-show.
