- Problems with a specific trip. Use Trip support on the trip page. It sends a message to the team with the trip details and your photos.
- Claims. File and follow them on the Claims page.
- Account or payout questions. Email support@seifly.app from the address on your account.
- Emergencies. If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number first.
