Report a problem with a trip
Guests and hosts can tell our Claims assistant what happened. It asks the right questions, files the claim for you and alerts the claims team, who review it and decide the outcome.
If anyone is in danger or hurt, call your local emergency number first. Then report it here or from your trip page.
